I can’t believe its over 21 years since Jaguar launched the stunningly beautiful XK8. I remember seeing a white (Spindrift) one on trade plates near Coventry in early 1996, this was just before the launch – modern E-Type I thought!

Over the past 2-3 years I’ve notice how nostalgic “us” Jaguar enthusiasts have been getting over the first generation of modern XK. Prices have risen and there’s restoration specialists popping up here & there to lovingly care for this unique classic Jaguar. Just recently I’ve seen this continue to the X150 as owners are saying they much prefer the big GT over the compact F-Type – I actually agree and I’m looking forward to Jaguar launching the new XK.
